Vi söker nu norsk- och dansktalande kundrådgivare till ett engagerat team i Stockholm.

Om rollen

Du blir en del av ett kundserviceteam som arbetar mot flera nordiska marknader. Rollen kombinerar kundservice, administration och försäljning, där du har mycket kontakt med kunder via telefon och mejl.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

Ta emot och hantera kundärenden via telefon och mejl

Informera och vägleda kunder utifrån deras behov

Hantera ordrar, reklamationer och andra kundärenden

Informera om och sälja in produkter och lösningar

Arbeta lösningsorienterat för att hjälpa kunder på bästa sätt

Säkerställa hög service och en positiv kundupplevelse

Samarbeta med kollegor och andra delar av organisationen

Du får en gedigen introduktion och stöd för att komma in i rollen.

Vi söker dig som

Talar och skrivernorska eller danska samt svenska obehindrat

Har goda kunskaper i engelska

Har erfarenhet av service, kundkontakt eller försäljning, gärna via telefon

Är positiv, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att ha mycket kontakt med kunder

Kan hantera ett högt tempo och flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt

Är självgående men tycker om att samarbeta med andra

Är trygg i din kommunikation och har lätt för att skapa bra kundrelationer

Har möjlighet att arbeta på kontoret måndag–fredag kl. 08.00–17.00

Erfarenhet av kundservice, försäljning eller administration är meriterande. Kunskaper i SAP och Excel är också ett plus.
