Vad rollen innebär Som Kundservicemedarbetare blir du den naturliga kontaktytan för kunder som väntar på sin fiberinstallation. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: Besvara inkommande samtal och mejl Hjälpa kunder med frågor kring deras fiberinstallation Felsöka och vägleda kunder i olika ärenden Samarbeta med kollegor och andra avdelningar för att hitta lösningar Säkerställa en hög servicenivå och en positiv kundupplevelse

Rollen passar dig som tycker om att ha många kontaktytor, ta ansvar och kombinera service med teknisk problemlösning. Tjänsten är på heltid i centrala Uppsala med arbetstider huvudsakligen förlagda vardagar mellan kl. 08.00 och 17.00. Startdatum är 23 november. Välkommen med din ansökan redan idag!
