Jobbpunkten söker nu en säljande elektriker med fokus på kundservice till vår verksamhet i Helsingborg. Du kommer att kombinera din kunskap inom el med kundkontakt, rådgivning och försäljning. Om tjänsten I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Ta emot och hjälpa kunder via telefon och mejl Ge kunder rådgivning kring elprodukter och lösningar Identifiera kundens behov och föreslå lämpliga produkter eller tjänster Arbeta med försäljning och uppföljning av kundärenden Hantera offerter, beställningar och enklare administration Använda dina kunskaper inom el för att ge kunderna professionell vägledning Samarbeta med kollegor och bidra till en god kundupplevelse

Vi söker dig som Har svensk elutbildning eller motsvarande utbildning Alternativt har arbetslivserfarenhet inom el Har god förståelse för el och elprodukter Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift Trivs med kundkontakt och tycker om att hjälpa människor Är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och noggrann Har intresse för försäljning och vill utvecklas inom kundservice och försäljning
