Hjälpa interna och externa användare med tekniska frågor och problem

Hantera exempelvis inloggningar, behörigheter och frågor kring olika säljsystem

Ta emot och följa upp ärenden via telefon, ärendehanteringssystem och självbetjäningsportal

Prioritera ärenden och se till att de följs upp

Dokumentera ärenden och uppdatera kunskapsartiklar

Samarbeta med kollegor och systemägare för att hitta lösningar

Eskalera mer avancerade ärenden till second och third line

Ge teknisk support till medarbetare på lagret i Nykvarn

Vara med och utveckla och förbättra processer och rutiner

Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande

Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Godkänd bakgrundskontroll (inklusive UC)

Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av Microsoft 365, Teams och SharePoint samt god kunskap om ärendehanteringssystem och dokumentation. Vi ser gärna att du har ett tekniskt intresse eller bakgrund inom IT och applikationssupport, erfarenhet av AI‑lösningar såsom Copilot är ett plus.
