Vi söker ett antal serviceinriktade och kommunikativa kundservicemedarbetare till en av våra kunder som är ett välkänt företag i Västerås, vi ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen och du blir anställd direkt av vår kund. I rollen hjälper du kunder via telefon, identifierar deras behov och hittar lösningar på ett professionellt och förtroendeingivande sätt. Du arbetar mot uppsatta mål och har stöd av kollegor, system och coachning. DETTA SÖKER VI Har stort intresse för service och kundbemötande Är kommunikativ, lyhörd och lösningsorienterad Trivs med att ta ansvar och arbeta mot mål Har god datorvana Har fullständig gymnasieexamen Behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av kundservice eller andra serviceyrken är meriterande. Arbetstiderna är vardagar under dagtid. Viktigt: Du behöver kunna vara tillgänglig för att påbörja tjänsten under mitten/slutet av oktober månad. Urval sker löpande och rekryteringsprocessen kan innehålla tester.
