Som kundservicemedarbetare blir du en del av teamet som levererar service i toppklass till SEB Korts kunder. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: - Ge support via telefon och mejl. - Besvara frågor om fakturor, transaktioner, reklamationer, krediter och räntor. - Vägleda kunder i SEB:s digitala tjänster (hemsida och app) - Säkerställa hög kvalitet och bästa möjliga kundupplevelse i varje kontakt. En gymnasial utbildning

Några års arbetslivserfarenhet

Talar och skriver på finska, svenska och engelska obehindrat.
