Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Som kundservicemedarbetare på Secondline blir du en del av ett team som varje dag hjälper Bilias kunder i olika typer av ärenden. Du möter våra kunder via inkommande och utgående telefonsamtal, chatt och mejl. Rollen innebär att förstå kundens behov, hitta rätt lösning och hjälpa kunden så långt som möjligt redan vid den första kontakten. Du arbetar i flera olika digitala system och hanterar varierande kundärenden för flera av Bilias varumärken. Arbetet sker både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor, med målet att skapa en enkel och bra kundupplevelse. Kompetenskrav Du har minst gymnasiekompetens och erfarenhet av arbete med daglig kundkontakt. Du har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig och arbeta i olika digitala system. Du kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av kundservice, rådgivning eller liknande arbete är meriterande. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid din personliga lämplighet! Vem är det vi söker? Vi söker dig som tycker om att kommunicera med och hjälpa kunder och som är nyfiken på att förstå vad kunden behöver. Du känner dig bekväm med kundkontakt via telefon, chatt och mejl samt med att själv ta kontakt med kunder via telefon. Du trivs i en vardag där arbetsuppgifter och prioriteringar kan variera och har lätt för att anpassa dig efter var behovet är som störst. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och försöker hitta vägar framåt även när lösningen inte är självklar från början. Du motiveras av tydliga mål och av att utveckla både ditt eget arbete och kundupplevelsen. Samtidigt är du en lagspelare som bidrar till teamet och hjälper till där det behövs. Anställningsform, omfattning och placeringsort Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid i Västerås, med inledande 6 månaders provanställning. Schemalagd arbetstid vardagar mellan 07.00 – 18.00. Alla ansökningar kommer att behandlas löpande vilket innebär att tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas före sista ansökningsdag.
