Uppdraget löper till och med oktober och passar dig som trivs i kontakt med människor, gillar att lösa problem och vill komma igång direkt. Chans till förlängning finns! Om tjänsten Som kundservicemedarbetare är du företagets ansikte utåt och hjälper kunder via telefon, e-post och andra kommunikationskanaler. Du arbetar med att besvara frågor, lösa ärenden och säkerställa att varje kund får en positiv upplevelse.

Vi söker dig som Har ett genuint intresse för service och kundkontakt Är kommunikativ och uttrycker dig väl på svenska Är lösningsorienterad och kan hantera flera ärenden samtidigt Har god datorvana Är positiv, ansvarstagande och gillar att arbeta i team

Tidigare erfarenhet från kundservice, butik, reception eller liknande serviceyrken är meriterande men inte ett krav.
