Vill du utvecklas inom service och kundkontakt och bli en del av ett välkänt företag? Nu söker vi flera kundservicemedarbetare till PostNord i Västerås! Som kundservicemedarbetare är du en viktig kontakt mellan PostNord och deras kunder. Du hjälper kunder främst via telefon och arbetar aktivt för att förstå deras behov, reda ut frågor och hitta lösningar på olika typer av ärenden. Ingen dag är den andra lik och du behöver därför kunna anpassa din kommunikation efter situation och kund. Med hjälp av olika systemstöd och interna supportfunktioner söker du fram rätt information och guidar kunden på ett tydligt, tryggt och professionellt sätt. Rollen innebär även att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och ta ansvar för både din egen utveckling och teamets gemensamma resultat. Du får löpande stöd och coachning från din teamchef och det finns goda möjligheter att utvecklas inom kundservice, exempelvis genom att hantera mer komplexa ärenden eller arbeta med kundkontakt via chatt och mejl. Du är kommunikativ och lyhörd, samtidigt som du vågar ta kontroll över ett samtal när det behövs. Du har lätt för att sätta dig in i kundens situation, ställa rätt frågor och förklara information på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt. Du har ett naturligt kundfokus och ser gärna möjligheter att skapa mervärde genom att förstå kundens behov och föreslå lösningar som förbättrar upplevelsen. Vi erbjuder Du blir en del av PostNords kundservice i Västerås, där omkring 250 medarbetare arbetar tillsammans. Här får du en gedigen introduktion, kontinuerlig coachning och möjlighet att utvecklas inom kundservice över tid. Som medarbetare representerar du PostNord i varje kundkontakt och får därmed en viktig roll i att skapa positiva kundupplevelser och bidra till företagets fortsatta utveckling. Praktisk information Tjänsten är på heltid och arbetstiderna är förlagda till vardagar mellan kl. 07.55 och 18.30, med varierande start- och sluttider. Du behöver kunna börja under mitten/slutet av oktober. Det är en direktrekrytering där blir anställd av PostNord och vi på StudentConsulting sköter rekryteringsprocessen. Urval sker löpande och rekryteringsprocessen kommer innehålla tester samt bakgrundskontroll.
