Din roll I rollen som Kundtjänstmedarbetare hos Össur Nordics blir du en del av ett mindre team som ansvarar för kundservice och orderflödet på den nordiska marknaden. Du har kontakt med både företagskunder, regioner, privata kliniker och i vissa fall privatpersoner där du arbetar i en varierad roll där service, struktur och eget ansvar står i fokus.

Primära arbetsuppgifter Orderhantering av både EDI- och manuella ordrar Hantering av returer och reklamationer Kundkontakt via telefon och mejl Administrativ support och avlastning till teamet Registrering och uppdatering av information i Salesforce och Business Central Samarbete med interna team för att säkerställa ett smidigt order- och kundflöde

Din profil Arbetslivserfarenhet av kundsupport är ett krav. Arbetslivserfarenhet av orderhantering ses som meriterande. Mycket god systemvana är ett krav, meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Salesforce och/eller Business Central. Flytande i det svenska språket, både i tal och skrift, tillsammans med goda kunskaper i engelska. Meriterande om du förstår norska och danska.

Personliga egenskaper Össur värdesätter dina personliga egenskaper högt och lägger stor vikt vid hur du tar dig an rollen. Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, kundfokuserad och strukturerad, med ett logiskt samt lösningsorienterat tänkande.
