Vi söker en kundservicemedarbetare till Sollentuna Energi & Miljö. Här får du en central roll i en samhällsviktig verksamhet där du kombinerar service och administration med varierande kundärenden. Om tjänsten I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare är du ofta första kontaktpunkt mot kund och hanterar inkommande ärenden via flera olika kanaler. Du arbetar både serviceinriktat och administrativt, med fokus på kvalitet, tydlig kommunikation och problemlösning i första kontakt. Då uppdraget är till en samhällsviktig verksamhet kommer en bakgrundskontroll genomföras vid erbjudande av roll. Arbetsuppgifter Ta emot och hantera inkommande ärenden via telefon, mejl, chatt, sociala medier och fysiska besök Informera och vägleda kunder kring produkter, tjänster och avtal Registrera och dokumentera ärenden enligt fastställda rutiner Arbeta proaktivt genom att föreslå relevanta tjänster och lösningar Uppmärksamma återkommande frågor eller problem och rapportera förbättringsförslag

Vi söker dig som Har gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande Har erfarenhet av service, administration och/eller kundsupport, samt är trygg med att kommunicera över telefon Har goda kunskaper i Office paketet Är serviceinriktad, strukturerad och kommunikativ Trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo och med flera kontaktytor

Det är meriterande om du har Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i CRM-system, ärendehanteringssystem och digitala kommunikationskanaler
