ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som Kundsupportchef har du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda, utveckla och framtidssäkra kundsupporten med ett aktivt fokus på AI, digitalisering och smartare arbetssätt. Du leder ett team på cirka 12 medarbetare och säkerställer tillsammans med teamet en stark, enhetlig och förtroendeskapande kundupplevelse genom hela köparresan – från registrering till hämtning. Du får en central roll i att utveckla kundsupporten och leda teamet genom förändring. Du skapar tydlighet och trygghet, får med dig medarbetarna i utvecklingen och driver förbättring av både arbetssätt, processer och kundresor. Rollen är både strategisk och operativ. Du utvecklar en mer digital, datadriven och skalbar kundsupport genom att bland annat driva digitalisering, automatisering och användning av AI. Du följer upp verksamheten genom relevanta nyckeltal, exempelvis NPS, svarstider och ärendevolymer, och använder insikterna för att prioritera och fatta beslut som skapar värde för både kunden och Klaravik. Du samarbetar nära sälj och andra funktioner för att skapa smidiga flöden, ökad effektivitet och en kundupplevelse i linje med Klaraviks DNA: Nära, Enkelt, Snabbt. Målet är att kundsupporten inte bara ska lösa ärenden, utan också bidra till ökat förtroende, återkommande affärer och starka kundrelationer över tid. PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER OCH KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är en trygg, tydlig och engagerad ledare med ett starkt kundfokus. Du trivs med att utveckla både människor och verksamhet och har förmågan att skapa engagemang, ansvarstagande och riktning i teamet. Du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad, och vågar prioritera och fatta beslut även när förutsättningarna förändras. Du har lätt för att växla mellan strategiskt utvecklingsarbete och operativa frågor i vardagen och får med dig människor i förändring på ett tryggt och tydligt sätt. Du drivs av att förbättra processer, följa upp resultat och hitta nya lösningar som skapar värde. Du har intresse för digitalisering, data och AI och ser möjligheter att använda teknik för att skapa en effektivare och bättre kundupplevelse. Erfarenhet av att leda kundsupport, driva förändringsarbete och arbeta datadrivet med relevanta nyckeltal är meriterande. Det viktigaste är att du har ett starkt kundfokus och en vilja att utveckla både teamet och kundsupportens framtida arbetssätt.
