Om tjänsten Som Kundsupportmedarbetare kommer du att arbeta i området med fokus på kundkontakt via telefon, e-post och chatt. SuperRen sköter den aktiva rekryteringen för ett kundföretag verksamt i området och söker en serviceinriktad medarbetare som kan bidra till snabb ärendehantering och hög kundnöjdhet.

Vad du kommer att göra Hantera inkommande samtal, e‑post och chattärenden professionellt och effektivt Identifiera, analysera och lösa kunders tekniska eller administrativa problem Dokumentera ärenden noggrant i ärendehanteringssystemet och följa upp öppna ärenden Eskalera komplexa ärenden till rätt avdelning enligt uppsatta rutiner Säkerställa korrekt hantering av personuppgifter och följa företagets sekretess- och informationssäkerhetsrutiner Bidra med kundinsikter till produkt- och supportteam för förbättringar Delta i dagliga avstämningar och följa ergonomiska och arbetsmiljörelaterade rutiner

Vem vi söker Relevant erfarenhet av kundsupport eller kundservice, gärna från liknande verksamhet God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, i tal och skrift Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov Stresstålig och problemlösande med fokus på kundnöjdhet

Anställningsform och lön Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i området i enlighet med LAS (1982:80) och tillämpliga kollektivavtal. Exakt anställningsform och omfattning (tillsvidare, provanställning, heltid, deltid eller timanställning) bestäms i samråd mellan dig och kunden utifrån deras behov.
