Om rollen: Som kundtjänstmedarbetare är du den första kontaktpunkten för svenska kunder. Ditt uppdrag är att säkerställa att de får den bästa möjliga upplevelsen genom att: Hjälpa kunder via telefon, e-post och chatt Svara på frågor om produkter, tjänster och tekniska problem Säkerställa snabba och effektiva lösningar Skapa en positiv kundupplevelse och ge professionell service

Vi söker dig som: Talar och skriver flytande svenska, danska, norska eller finska Har goda kunskaper i engelska (utbildningen hålls på engelska) Har starka kommunikationsfärdigheter och en vänlig inställning Är serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad Har grundläggande IT-kunskaper
