Kundtjänstmedarbetare / Administrativ koordinator till Vasa Clean Är du serviceinriktad, strukturerad och tycker om att ha många bollar i luften? Då kan du vara den vi söker! Vasa Clean är ett växande städföretag med bas i Vasastan, Stockholm. Vi erbjuder professionella städtjänster till privatpersoner och företag, med stort fokus på kvalitet, personlig service och långsiktiga kundrelationer. I takt med att företaget växer finns goda möjligheter att ta större ansvar och på sikt utvecklas till en ledande roll inom verksamheten. Nu söker vi en engagerad och självgående kundtjänstmedarbetare som vill vara med och utveckla vår verksamhet. Om rollen Du får en central roll i företagets dagliga verksamhet och kommer att arbeta nära företagsledningen. Arbetet är varierande och innebär mycket kontakt med både kunder och personal. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Besvara kundförfrågningar via mejl och telefon. Hantera bokningar, avbokningar och ombokningar. Planera och koordinera personalens arbetsscheman. Hantera enklare kundärenden och följa upp kundnöjdhet. Hjälpa till med personaladministration. Utföra övriga administrativa uppgifter.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är positiv, lösningsorienterad och har en naturlig känsla för service. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och trivs med att arbeta självständigt. Vi ser gärna att du: Har tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice eller administration. Kommunicerar mycket väl på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system. Är organiserad och kan prioritera även när tempot är högt. Är flexibel och tycker om att hitta lösningar på problem.

Erfarenhet av schemaläggning, personalplanering eller arbete inom servicebranschen är meriterande. Vad erbjuder vi?
