Om rollen Som kundtjänstmedarbetare hos Garda Alarm blir du en viktig del av kundens upplevelse av oss. Du arbetar främst via telefon och e-post och hjälper våra kunder med både tekniska och administrativa frågor. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat att:

ge teknisk support kring våra larmsystem

hjälpa kunder med programmering, felsökning, flytt och nedmontering av larm

besvara frågor kring avtal, tjänster och fakturor

guida kunden till rätt lösning på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt

säkerställa att varje kund får ett professionellt och serviceinriktat bemötande

Vårt mål är enkelt: kunden ska känna sig trygg, väl bemött och få bästa möjliga hjälp. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i både tal och skrift. En del kundkontakter sker på engelska, vilket innebär att du även behöver ha goda kunskaper i engelska. Erfarenhet från kundtjänst, teknisk support eller liknande arbete är meriterande. Det viktigaste för oss är dock din inställning, din vilja att lära dig och din förmåga att hitta lösningar. Eftersom Garda Alarm arbetar med säkerhetslösningar är det ett krav att du kan uppvisa ett prickfritt belastningsregister. Vad kan vi erbjuda?
