Attunda Sot & Vent söker nu en kundtjänstmedarbetare/koordinator – en roll där du får ta ansvar, ha kontakt med kunder och se till att våra dagar flyter på så smidigt som möjligt. Vi tror att du är någon som gillar att ha koll, trivs med tempo och vill ha en roll med mycket ansvar redan från start.

Vad du kommer göra hos oss: • Svara på frågor från våra kunder via telefon och mejl. • Planera och boka in besök hos kunder – både för sotning och ventilationsuppdrag. • Koordinera teamets resurser så att rätt person är på rätt plats i rätt tid. • Optimera kalendern – för både våra tekniker och kunder. • Hantera fakturafrågor och administration.

Det här är en bred roll där du både får ta hand om kunder och hålla koll på planeringen.

Personprofil

Vi söker dig som har tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet och är van att ta ansvar i ditt arbete. Du är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och inte rädd för att hugga i där det behövs. Har du tidigare arbetat med kundservice, i butik, med telefonförsäljning eller administration är det meriterande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid din inställning och ditt engagemang.

Har du en bakgrund inom idrott eller föreningsliv? Då är det ett stort plus! Vi vet att det ofta innebär att du är van att samarbeta, ta ansvar och kämpa mot gemensamma mål – precis sånt vi gillar här.

Vidare tror vi att du: • Är stresstålig och gillar att jobba i ett högt tempo. • Har bra ”splitvision” och kan hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt. • Har service i blodet och trivs med kundkontakt. • Är strukturerad och gillar att ta ansvar.
