Är du en social och serviceinriktad person som gillar att ha många bollar i luften? Trivs du lika bra med kundkontakt och administration som ute på lagret? Då kan vi ha rätt uppdrag för dig! Vi söker nu en flexibel och engagerad person för extraarbete hos vår kund. Rollen är varierad och du kommer att kombinera kundservice och administration med praktiskt lagerarbete och truckkörning.

Vad innebär rollen? Du blir en viktig extraresurs på kontoret och lagret och hjälper till där behovet är som störst. Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av:

Ta emot samtal, mejl och kunder i godsmottagningen

Hantera kundärenden och administration i system

Paketsortering och inventering

Truckkörning och övrigt lagerarbete

Stötta teamet i den dagliga verksamheten

Du kommer framför allt att arbeta i DAX, så har du erfarenhet av systemet är det ett stort plus. Har du inte arbetat i DAX tidigare är det viktigaste att du är systemvan och har lätt för att lära dig.

Vem är du? Vi tror att du är positiv, lösningsorienterad och prestigelös. Du tycker om att ge service, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och tvekar inte på att hugga i där det behövs. Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice, administration och lager är meriterande. Krav: Truckkort och truckvana

Om tjänsten Detta är en timanställning vid behov för dig som vill arbeta extra och uppskattar flexibilitet. Kontoret har ordinarie arbetstider 08.00–17.00, men som timanställd varierar både arbetspass och arbetstider utifrån verksamhetens behov. Under hösten går vi in i en intensivare period, vilket innebär goda möjligheter till fler arbetstillfällen.
