Är du redo för en ny utmaning inom kundservice? Vi söker nu kundtjänstmedarbetare till vår kund inom transport- och logistikbranschen. Bli en del av ett engagerat team under årets peakperiod! Vår kund är en etablerad aktör inom transport- och logistikbranschen med verksamhet i Norden. Till deras kundserviceavdelning i Jönköping söker vi nu flera kundservicemedarbetare inför årets peakperiod. Här blir du en viktig del av ett engagerat team där kundkommunikation, service och en positiv kundupplevelse står i fokus. I rollen har du daglig kontakt med kunder, underleverantörer och interna funktioner. Du arbetar i ett högt tempo och bidrar genom god service, problemlösning och nära samarbete till att säkerställa en professionell kundupplevelse och en väl fungerande verksamhet. Arbetsuppgifter: Ansvara för leverans- och upphämtningsbokningar. Hantera förfrågningar från kunder, underleverantörer och interna funktioner. Ha löpande dialog med underleverantörer för att säkerställa produktion och leveranser. Informera kunder om företagets tjänster och lösningar. Rapportera kvalitetsavvikelser till berörda funktioner. Samarbeta med teamet för att nå både individuella och gemensamma mål. Bidra till en positiv och professionell kundupplevelse.

Tjänsten är på heltid och förväntas starta vecka 46. Uppdraget inleds med en introduktion hos vår kund och sträcker sig fram till årsskiftet, med möjlighet till viss förlängning. Arbetstiderna är förlagda till dagtid, måndag–fredag. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av oss på StudentConsulting och arbetar hos vår kund. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som har en gymnasieexamen och trivs i en roll med mycket kundkontakt. Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice, kundtjänst, telefonförsäljning eller liknande är meriterande. Har du dessutom intresse för transport och logistik är det ett plus. Du behöver ha god datorvana och kunna uttrycka dig mycket väl på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Förståelse för skandinaviska språk är meriterande. Som person är du social, kommunikativ och serviceminded. Du trivs med att möta olika typer av kunder och känner dig trygg i att hantera även mer utmanande kunddialoger. Du är lösningsorienterad, har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och arbetsuppgifter och trivs i ett högt tempo. Erfarenhet eller intresse för IT och AI är meriterande, men inget krav.
