Företaget tillhandahåller mobila tjänster, växellösningar, körjournaler och andra kommunikationslösningar till små- och medelstora företag i hela Sverige. Det finns även andra områden inom bolaget som jobbar mot återförsäljare, samarbetspartners och operatörer. Jobbet innebär att man supportar våra kunder med ämnen som berör deras telefoni, fakturering och andra tjänster vi tillhandahåller. Du kommer besvara inkommande samtal och mejl från kunder. Möjligheten att få ansvara över egna arbetssysslor kommer med tiden och vi jobbar hela tiden med varandra i teamet. Rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare ger dig en fin möjlighet att utvecklas inom såväl kommunikation, administration samt service. Dessutom startas anställningen med en grundlig utbildning för att lära dig det du behöver kunna för att känna dig bekväm i din nya roll. Tjänsten är på 100% och inleds med en provanställning på 6 månader med möjlighet till fast anställning.

Exempel på arbetssysslor: - Besvara inkommande samtal och mejl från kunder och samarbetspartner. - Nummerportering mellan de svenska mobiloperatörerna. - Återförsäljarsupport och orderhantering. - Teknisk support mot samarbetspartners. - Utveckling och utbildning i system.

Vi söker dig som: - Besitter ett administrativt och strukturerat arbetssätt - Har ett intresse att hjälpa andra - Är social och gillar att lära dig nya saker - Gärna telefonvana eller haft ett arbete inom service/kundtjänst
