ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som first line supporttekniker arbetar du tillsammans med ett gäng härliga kollegor där du pedagogiskt hjälper användare via telefon och/eller mail med IT-relaterade problem. Dina primära arbetsuppgifter är att ge support via telefon, mail och fjärrstyrning, samt registrera inkommande ärenden i ett ärendehanteringssystem. Bland arbetsuppgifterna finns hantering av konton i Active Directory och felsökning relaterat till Windowsmiljö och kundspecifika applikationer. VI SÖKER DIG SOM HAR Tidigare erfarenhet inom kundtjänst och telefonvana Hög social kompetens Alltid har god service i fokus, mot kund och kollegor Förmågan att hantera krävande användare Engagemang och förståelse för användarens utmaningar med IT Gillar problemlösning och är lösningsfokuserad En vilja att förbättra och utveckla verksamheten Tar ansvar för de arbetsuppgifter som du handhar Du har ett genuint intresse för teknik, en vilja att utvecklas samt ett driv att hjälpa andra. I ditt förhållningssätt till kollegor och kunder är du lyhörd, öppen för andras lösningar och erfarenheter samtidigt som du gärna delar med dig av dina kunskaper och får saker att hända. Vi ser gärna att du har minst gymnasiekompetens med fördel inom IT samt ett års erfarenhet inom kundtjänst eller annan roll som innehåller kundkontakt via telefon, mejl eller chatt.
