Hos oss får du chansen att utvecklas i en framtidsbransch och leverera kundservice i toppklass – varje dag. Välkommen med din ansökan! I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare är telefonen ditt främsta verktyg när du hjälper våra kunder med allt från BankID och betalningar till aktie- och fondärenden. I kundmötet arbetar du proaktivt med att identifiera kundens behov och boka in relevanta möten. Du arbetar självständigt men är samtidigt en del av ett sammansvetsat team på 12–14 personer. Arbetstiderna är schemalagda måndag till söndag mellan 07:30–22:15, vilket innebär både kvälls- och helgpass. Schemat är fast och kan inte anpassas individuellt. Hos oss finns goda möjligheter att växa – på sikt kan du exempelvis arbeta med kundtjänst via mejl eller ta dig an mer komplexa ärenden inom funktionsstöd. Mer information om tjänsten: Heltid: Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning som inleds med 6 månaders provanställning. Du arbetar heltid på ett rullande schema, måndag–söndag mellan 07:30–22:15, året om. Schemat får du fyra veckor i förväg, vilket ger dig bra framförhållning. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som brinner för att ge service och gillar att lösa problem. Du har minst gymnasieutbildning, och har du akademisk bakgrund inom relevant område är det ett plus. Erfarenhet av kundtjänst via telefon eller andra kundnära roller är meriterande. Du är minst 18 år och behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Vi värdesätter ett pedagogiskt och professionellt bemötande, och tror att du är nyfiken, driven och gillar att jobba mot tydliga mål. Du är flexibel, anpassningsbar och trivs med att utvecklas i en föränderlig miljö. Du behöver inte kunna allt från start – vi ger dig en gedigen introduktion under de första 4–6 veckorna innan du tar dina första egna kundsamtal. Notera att arbetet är förlagt på plats i Borlänge.
