I vårt breda sortiment hittar du dessutom lösningar för smarta hem, helhetslösningar för belysning, värme och el-installation På Elbutik har vi flera års erfarenhet av handel med elprodukter via nätet. Sedan 2000 har vår affärsidé fokuserat på handel och service via Internet. Vi har alltid strävat efter nöjda kunder och stor tillgänglighet. Vår affärsidé bygger på ett brett sortiment, stor tillgänglighet, konkurrenskraftiga priser och en stor leveranssäkerhet. Är du en stjärna på service? Är du på jakt efter nya utmaningar inom kundtjänst? Skulle du beskriva dig själv som kommunikativ, service och lösningsorienterad? Vi söker nu en kundtjänstmedarbetare med erfarenhet från installations branschen på el sidan. I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare kommer du främst att arbeta med inkommande frågor från kunder via telefon, chatt och mail. Du ska gilla att hjälpa andra och du är en positiv person som brinner för god service och du ska vara engagerad i ditt arbete. Du talar och skriver svenska flytande. Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från elbranschen och e-handel. Om tjänsten: - Ta emot inkommande samtal från kunder, telefon, chatt och epost med inriktning mot produktfrågor, men också andra frågor som retur, order, faktura, reklamations mfl. - Säkerställa att våra kunder får bästa tänkbara kundupplevelse, särskilt i de fall där det uppstått problem. - Har lätt för att ta till dig ny information och vill lära dig nya saker - Trivs med högt tempo - God datorkunskap Arbetstid 07:30 – 16:00 men i framtiden kan det också bli behov för kväll och helg jobb. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper och det absolut viktigaste är att du visar handlingskraft och har rätt inställning, vilja och engagemang! Urval och intervjuer sker löpande varpå tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas tidigare än annonseringstid. Vi använder SEMAC bakgrundskontroller på aktuella kandidater.
