Nu söker vi sig som är en riktig fena på kundservice! Vi söker en engagerad kundservicemedarbetare som brinner för service och goda kundrelationer. I rollen kommer du att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du ingår i ett drivet och engagerat kundserviceteam. Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med kunder och arbeta nära företagets distributions-, produktions- och säljavdelningar för att säkerställa bästa möjliga service och kundupplevelse. Om tjänsten

Kundansvar för utvalda kunder

Hantera inkommande ärenden från kunder och ge fantastisk service

Proaktivt initiera aktiviteter för en positiv kundupplevelse

Vara en support- och servicefunktion till anläggningens samtliga kunder

Informera kunder om alla våra produktområden och nyheter

Samarbete med sälj, produktion, distribution och lager

Reklamationshantering, debiteringar/krediteringar

Löpande administrativa uppgifter såsom orderhantering, avtalsregistrering, uppdatering av prislistor mm.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är positiv, lösningsorienterad och engagerad i ditt arbete. Du har ett genuint intresse för service och motiveras av att skapa goda kundupplevelser. För oss är det viktigt att varje kund känner sig sedd, nöjd och väl omhändertagen efter varje kontakt, och vi söker därför dig som delar samma inställning. Du arbetar effektivt och strukturerat, har god förmåga att planera och organisera ditt arbete samt uttrycker dig väl i både tal och skrift. Rollen kräver också att du trivs med samarbete och bidrar till en positiv laganda i teamet. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper i denna rekryteringsprocess. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet/utbildning av kundservicearbete, kommunikation eller feedbackhantering

Behärskar svenska språket i såväl tal som skrift
