Nu söker vi en serviceinriktad, engagerad och strukturerad kundtjänstmedarbetare för ett konsultuppdrag via Adecco med omgående start. Är du en person som trivs med daglig kundkontakt, har ett öga för administration och tycker om att ge professionell service? Då kan detta vara nästa steg i din karriär. I denna roll blir du en viktig del av verksamheten där du fungerar som företagets ansikte utåt och skapar positiva kundupplevelser genom ett professionellt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt. Du kommer att arbeta i en varierad roll där kundservice, orderhantering och administrativa uppgifter står i fokus. ArbetsuppgifterSom kundtjänstmedarbetare kommer du att ha en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att: Ta emot inkommande samtal och besvara kundförfrågningar via telefon och e-post. Ge professionell service och support kring produkter, order och leveranser. Registrera, administrera och följa upp kundorder i företagets system. Hantera frågor, reklamationer och ärenden på ett lösningsorienterat och kundvänligt sätt. Säkerställa att kunder får korrekt information och snabb återkoppling. Utföra administrativa uppgifter kopplade till kundtjänst och orderhantering. Samarbeta nära kollegor och andra avdelningar för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet och effektiva processer. Vi söker dig som För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är en person som tycker om att hjälpa andra, har god administrativ förmåga och trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo utan att tumma på kvaliteten. Vi ser gärna att du: Behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift. Har goda kunskaper i engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt. Är serviceinriktad, noggrann och strukturerad i ditt arbete. Tar eget ansvar och arbetar självständigt samtidigt som du trivs i team. Har en positiv inställning och god problemlösningsförmåga. Har B-körkort och tillgång till bil. Praktisk informationOmfattning: Heltid, måndag till fredag kl. 08.00-16.30 Start: Omgående Uppdragets längd: Till årsskiftet 2026/2027, med möjlighet till förlängning
