Nu söker vi en kundtjänstmedarbetare till MaxGaming i Upplands Väsby för en tidsbegränsad anställning från 3 november 2026 till 31 januari 2027, med möjlighet till förlängning. Hos oss hjälper du kunder under en av årets mest intensiva perioder. Du blir en del av ett team som arbetar i högt tempo, stöttar varandra och delar ett intresse för gaming och teknik. MaxGaming säljer gamingprodukter till kunder i Norden och resten av världen. Om rollen Som kundtjänstmedarbetare blir du en del av vårt team under en av årets mest intensiva perioder. Tillsammans ser vi till att kunderna får snabb och hjälpsam service, även när tempot är högt. Du har daglig kontakt med kunder och hjälper dem med frågor om beställningar, leveranser och produkter. Rollen passar dig som arbetar strukturerat, tycker om att lösa problem och trivs med att samarbeta och stötta dina kollegor. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar Hantera kundärenden via e-post, chatt och telefon

Hjälpa kunder med frågor kring order, leveranser och produkter

Uppdatera och administrera kundbeställningar

Hantera betalningsärenden kopplade till Klarna och PayPal

Hantera reklamationer och kontakt med speditörer (Postnord, Bring, DHL m.fl.)

Svara på enklare tekniska frågor kring produkter

Arbeta i flera olika system kopplade till order- och kundhantering

Dina kvalifikationer För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du:

Har erfarenhet av kundservice eller liknande arbete (meriterande men inget krav)

Har ett intresse för gaming och teknik

Är strukturerad och noggrann

Är bekväm med att arbeta i olika IT-system

Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Trivs i ett högt tempo och kan hantera flera ärenden samtidigt

Vem vi tror att du är Du är en positiv och serviceinriktad person som gillar att hjälpa andra. Du tar ansvar, är lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta. Arbetstid: Heltid, huvudsakligen vardagar 08:00–17:00. Helgarbete förekommer ofta under perioden.

Plats: MaxGamings kontor i Upplands Väsby. Tjänsten utförs på plats och erbjuder inte distansarbete under perioden.
