Vi äger och förvaltar omkring 1 400 hyreslägenheter och cirka 100 lokaler i Lycksele, Örträsk och Rusksele. Med fokus på god service, hållbar utveckling och attraktiva boendemiljöer arbetar vi varje dag för att skapa trygga och trivsamma hem för våra hyresgäster. Nu söker vi en engagerad kundtjänstmedarbetare/uthyrare för ett vikariat under ordinarie medarbetares föräldraledighet. Arbetsuppgifter Som kundtjänstmedarbetare och uthyrare är du ofta den första kontakten med våra hyresgäster och bostadssökande. Du får en central roll i verksamheten där du kombinerar kundservice, administration och uthyrning. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Kundmottagning och receptionsarbete Telefon- och kundservice Handläggning av inkommande ärenden Uthyrning av lägenheter och andra objekt Upprättande av hyresavtal Kreditkontroller Hantering av bostadskö, bilplatser, garage och carportar Nyckelhantering Registrering av besiktningar vid uppsägningar Fakturering och administrativ handläggning Lägenhetsbesiktningar och förbesiktningar

Vi söker dig som: Har gymnasieutbildning Har erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller liknande arbete Är serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och noggrann Har god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa goda relationer Kan arbeta självständigt och strukturerat Har god datorvana Har B-körkort Har goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av fastighetsförvaltning Erfarenhet av uthyrning Erfarenhet av arbete i kundtjänst Erfarenhet av lägenhetsbesiktningar
