Vi vill fortsätta att vara bäst på gott bemötande och med hög tillgänglighet för alla som vill komma i kontakt med oss. I vår kommungemensamma kundtjänst, Östhammar Direkt, behöver vi nu förstärkning med tim- och semestervikarier för både kortare och längre perioder.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vårt uppdrag innebär att bemöta våra kommuninvånares behov och erbjuda information och vägledning via telefon, mejl och vid fysiska besök i vår reception. Vi besvarar frågor om kommunens samtliga verksamhetsområden.

Som kundtjänstvägledare arbetar du i ett team bestående av 11 kundtjänstvägledare, under ledning av en teamledare. I uppdraget ingår även ordinarie receptionsuppgifter.

Att vara timvikarie i vår kundtjänst innebär att du kan få både längre och kortare uppdrag samt att du får längre uppdrag under semesterperioderna. För att ge dig rätt förutsättningar att göra ett bra jobb kommer du att få utbildning i allt från systemverktyg till kundhantering och aktuellt verksamhetsområde. Uppdraget är ett utmärkt tillfälle att göra något meningsfullt och utvecklas som person i en spännande och unik verksamhet med många kontakter.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har minst en gymnasial utbildning och som har vana av att jobba med service. Du behöver ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Vi ser att du har vana vid att arbeta i olika datasystem för att söka, hantera och dokumentera information. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med service och kundbemötande.

För att lyckas i rollen som kundtjänstvägledare behöver du vara kommunikativ, ha känsla för service, vara lyhörd och tycka om att lära dig nytt. Du är positiv och har stor vilja och förmåga att ta till dig nya kunskaper och tillämpa dem. Du är lugn och har förmåga att hålla flera bollar i luften samtidigt.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse . Arbetstid: Dagtid.
