Rollen som kurator Dina arbetsuppgifter som kurator innebär psykosocialt behandlingsarbete och närståendestöd inom området kirurgi. Du kan t ex möta personer med olika typer av cancerdiagnoser samt patienter aktuella för operation. Kontakten sker inom såväl sluten- som öppenvård. Arbetet innebär också kontakter med andra vårdgivare och myndigheter. Arbetet som kurator hos oss är ett självständigt och omväxlande arbete i samarbete med olika yrkeskategorier i vården. Kontinuerligt utvecklings- och kvalitetsarbete är också en del av vardagens arbete.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med anställning från årsskiftet 2026/27 eller efter överenskommelse.

Din blivande arbetsplats Rehabiliteringscentrum är en länsklinik som levererar specialiserad rehabilitering över hela länet. Verksamheten är främst centrerad till Höglandssjukhuset i Eksjö länssjukhus Ryhov i Jönköping samt på Värnamo sjukhus och som helhet har kliniken ca 300 medarbetare.

Din profil Du har socionomutbildning och är genuint intresserad av att arbeta som kurator inom somatisk specialistsjukvård. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från liknande tjänst. Är du utbildad hälso-och sjukvårdskurator ser vi det som meriterande.

Vi uppskattar ett flexibelt och självständigt arbetssätt. Du är lugn och stabil. Du arbetar strukturerat, samarbetar väl och har en helhetssyn där patienten och dess närstående är delaktiga och i fokus för dina insatser. Du är empatisk, har gott bemötande och visar omdöme i ditt agerande. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
