Inriktning Avhopparstöd Inför expansion söker Reviv kvalificerade kontaktpersoner som vill arbeta med individer som lämnat destruktiva miljöer. Arbetet ställer höga krav på engagemang, relationsskapande förmåga och förståelse för de komplexa processer som följer med ett avhopp. Om uppdraget Som kvalificerad kontaktperson stöttar du individen i att bryta destruktiva mönster, etablera nya sociala sammanhang och skapa förutsättningar för ett liv utan kriminalitet. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat omfatta: Motiverande och förändringsinriktade samtal Praktiskt stöd i vardagen Stöd i kontakt med myndigheter, skola, arbetsgivare och vård Risk- och säkerhetsmedvetet arbete Stöd vid återetablering i samhället Relationsskapande arbete och nätverksbyggande Dokumentation och uppföljning

Vi söker dig som har Erfarenhet av socialt arbete, behandlingsarbete eller liknande stödinsatser Förmåga att skapa förtroende, driva processer och jobba med motivation hos människor i förändringsprocess God förståelse för kriminalitet, normbrytande beteende och social utsatthet Professionellt förhållningssätt och hög personlig mognad God dokumentationsförmåga B-körkort

Meriterande kompetenser Utbildning inom socialt arbete, beteendevetenskap, kriminologi eller likvärdigt område Erfarenhet av avhopparstöd Erfarenhet av arbete med individer kopplade till gängkriminalitet eller organiserad brottslighet Kunskap om risk- och skyddsbedömningar Utbildning inom MI (Motiverande samtal) Kunskap om återfallsförebyggande arbete Erfarenhet av arbete med samsjuklighet, missbruk och kriminalitet Erfarenhet av samverkan med socialtjänst, Kriminalvården, Polismyndigheten och civilsamhället Erfarenhet av säkerhetsplanering och skyddsärenden Flerspråkighet
