Logent driver internlogistiken för Saab AB i Tannefors Linköping och söker nu en driven kvalitets- och avvikelseansvarig! Om Rollen: Du ansvarar för kvalitet och avvikelsearbetet vid siten i Tannefors. Du säkerställer att verksamheten arbetar enligt gällande regelverk och leder utredningar av kvalitetsavvikelser. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen behöver du vara lösningsorienterad och du har förmågan att identifiera och realisera initiativ som skapar tydlig verksamhetsnytta. Du trivs i en föränderlig miljö och är skicklig på att skapa samsyn och engagemang kring förändring. Rollen rapporterar till sitechef och är placerad i Tannefors. Arbetsuppgifter:

Ta emot avvikelser från intern funktion eller kund

Ansvara för att inom givna tider svara på avvikelser

Driva utredningar av avvikelser

Driva mötesforum internt och mot kund som gäller avvikelsearbetet

Stötta chefer att implementera förändringar som behövs för att åtgärda avvikelser

Arbeta proaktivt med kvalitetsarbetet för att minska risken för avvikelser

Ta fram förslag på och initiera förbättringsaktiviteter kopplat till vårt kvalitetsarbete för driften eller VU-gruppen

Ansvara för att uppdateringar i regelverket kommuniceras internt, verifiera att vi kan arbeta utifrån uppdaterat regelverk

Kommunikation med kund om regelverket (exempelvis förslag på förbättringar, förenklingar & efterlevnad)

Revidera hur vi följer våra Regelverksdokument

Skicka avvikelser till kund

Krav:

Erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete
