Vill du vara med och driva kvalitetsutveckling i en högteknologisk produktionsmiljö? Vi söker nu en Kvalitetsingenjör för ett spännande uppdrag i Västerås där du får en central roll i att säkerställa och utveckla kvaliteten i produktionen genom analys, förbättringsarbete och tvärfunktionellt samarbete. Det här är en möjlighet för dig som trivs med problemlösning, ständiga förbättringar och att driva kvalitetsinitiativ som gör verklig skillnad i verksamheten. Om rollen Som Kvalitetsingenjör kommer du att stötta kvalitetsorganisationen med kvalificerad expertis inom produktionskvalitet. Du ansvarar för att analysera kvalitetsutfall, identifiera förbättringsområden och driva aktiviteter som stärker kvalitet, effektivitet och leveransprecision. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med produktion, produktionsteknik, leverantörskvalitet, produktutveckling och andra interna funktioner. Arbetsuppgifter Följa upp, analysera och rapportera kvalitetsnyckeltal från produktionen.

Driva och genomföra Lean Six Sigma-aktiviteter och förbättringsprojekt.

Identifiera och reducera kvalitetsbrister, omarbetningar och kassationer.

Hantera och administrera avvikelser i SAP.

Utföra rotorsaksanalyser och säkerställa korrigerande åtgärder.

Medverka i utveckling av PFMEA och kontrollplaner.

Utföra interna revisioner.

Driva kontinuerliga förbättringsinitiativ inom produktionen.

Stötta utbildning och kompetensutveckling inom kvalitetsområdet.

Delta i produktions- och förbättringsprojekt.

Samverka med produktion, leverantörer och utvecklingsavdelningar för att lösa kvalitetsrelaterade problem.

Krav För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

Erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom tillverkande industri.

Mycket god kunskap om kvalitetsverktyg och kvalitetsmetoder.

Praktisk erfarenhet av Lean Six Sigma.

Erfarenhet av APQP, PFMEA och Control Plans.

Erfarenhet av rotorsaksanalyser och förbättringsarbete.

God analytisk förmåga och vana att arbeta datadrivet.

Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av SAP.

Certifiering inom Lean Six Sigma.

Erfarenhet från automation, verkstadsindustri eller tillverkningsindustri.

Erfarenhet av interna revisioner och kvalitetsstyrning i produktionsmiljö.
