Vår kund i Olofström söker en kvalitetsingenjör med uppgift att förbättra kvalitet inom produktionen med avseende på ingående komponenter, process samt arbetssätt. Kvalitetsingenjören skall stötta med framtagande av presentationer relaterat till förbättringsarbeten. Arbetet Analysera data från samtliga områden som berör kvalitet och kvalitetsförbättringar inom produktion, använda analyserad data och sätta upp aktiviteter tillsammans med övriga avdelningar som förbättrar arbetssätt, material och förbättringar. Hålla Kvalitetsråd vid kvalitetsbrister inom produktionen och driva förbättringsprojekt som visar på kvalitetsförbättringar inom produktion. Skapa instruktioner som förbättrar arbetssätt inom rejecthantering och ansvara för monteringsprocessernas FMEA. Ansvar Visa upp förbättringsaktiviteter som leder till minskade reject- och kundreklamationer, driva projekt andra aktiviteter som leder till minskade reject- och kundreklamationer. Agera öppet och samarbeta med samtliga avdelningar inom företaget, arbeta produktionsnära och ha full inblick i rejecthanteringen. Starta upp arbetsgrupp vid kvalitetsbrist och leda gruppen till att lösa problem samt följa upp avslutade aktiviteter, driva förbättringsmöten inom produktionskvalitet Säkerställa att FMEA inom monteringen uppdateras och efterlevs enligt slutkundens rutiner. Kvalifikationer Teknisk utbildning med inriktning mot produktionsteknik eller motsvarande, utbildning inom projektledning. Analytisk och intresserad av kvalitetsarbete.
