Arbetsbeskrivning

Som Kvalitetstekniker kommer du att vara ansvarig för att kvalitetssäkra våra trådbundna installationer, samt coacha nya och befintliga tekniker ute på fältet. Du kommer att vara en viktig del i vårt team och spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra tekniker har- och får rätt kunskap och stöd för att lyckas i sina roller. Du kommer även att arbeta nära andra team för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och effektivitet inom installation och service. Du kommer stötta flera lokala partnerfirmor och kommer av den anledningen resa mycket i din tjänst hos oss. Dina arbetsuppgifter: · Utföra kvalitetskontroller av larminstallationer för att säkerställa att kvaliteten hos våra kunder följer bolagets uppsatta installations- och servicepolicys · Stödja tekniker på fältet genom coaching och uppföljning på plats · Samverka med det tekniska teamet i förbättringar och uppdateringar i anvisningar · I viss mån second line support för våra trådade larm · Tillsammans med kollegor hålla delar av teknikutbildningen några gånger per år Kvalifikationer: · Erfarenhet av att installera trådbundnalarm · God teknisk förståelse för installations- och serviceprocesser. Placeringsort: Du kommer täcka regionen från Linköping i norr till Skåne i söder, så placeringsorten är flexiblel, t.ex. Linköping, Jönköping, Göteborg eller annan centralt placerade ort i regionen.
