Vi söker personliga assistenter till en glad tjej på 18 år bosatt växelvis på Hammarö och Karlstad. Vi söker dig som är 25 år och uppåt med erfarenhet inom personlig assistans. Denna gång söker vi endast kvinnor. Du ska kunna arbeta på ett strukturerat arbetssätt och det är av vikt att följa aktuella rutiner. Du bör ha erfarenhet av arbete med personer med autism.

Som person ska du vara ansvarsfull, lugn och trygg, veta hur man arbetar lågeffektivt. Då struktur i arbetet är av vikt söker vi dig som är plikttrogen och har hög arbetsmoral.

Stimulans och aktiviteter är en del av det dagliga arbetet där du som assistent ska kunna bidra till att kunden får möjlighet att ta del av samhället och utvecklas.

Arbetstider är varierande i dagsläget är det på skoldagar 15.00-21.00 helg och ledig dag är tiden 10.00-21.00 I rollen ingår det att hjälpa till med: Kommunikation Planera och följa med på aktiviteter Social träning Av- och påklädnad Personlig hygien Viss matlagning Viss städning och tvätt Övrigt Körkort är ett plus, kunden har tillgång till bil ibland och trivs med att vara ute och åka. Vara rökfri Ha god kunskap i det svenska språket Det finns katt i hemmet

Övrigt: God assistans månar om sina assistenter, har kollektivavtal och erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag på upp till 4000:- /år.

Enligt lagen om registerkontroll ska den som arbetar med funktionshidrade uppvisa ett utdrag ur polisens brotts- och misstankeregister innan anställning.

Övrigt: God assistans månar om sina assistenter, har kollektivavtal och erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag på upp till 4000:- /år. I enlighet med God Assistans Policy tar vi in belastningsutdrag från ALLA anställda.
