Nu söker vi en personlig assistent till en aktiv och glad kund som uppskattar en varierad vardag. Om tjänsten Som personlig assistent arbetar du nära kunden och är ett viktigt stöd i vardagen. Kunden tycker om att hitta på olika aktiviteter som bingo, promenader, lägga pussel och göra små resor. Du blir en viktig del i att möjliggöra dessa aktiviteter och bidra till en trygg, meningsfull och rolig vardag. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som personlig assistent hjälper du kunden med det mesta i vardagen, såsom:

Personlig hygien

Matlagning

Tvätt och städning

Handling och ärenden

Följa med på aktiviteter och utflykter

Vi söker dig som: är engagerad, respektfull och lyhörd. Du har ett stort tålamod och en god förmåga att vara personlig i mötet med kunden, samtidigt som du agerar professionellt i din yrkesroll. Du är lugn, trygg och stabil som person och trivs med att arbeta nära andra människor. Du tycker om att vara aktiv och deltar gärna i olika aktiviteter tillsammans med kunden.

Vi ser gärna att du: Har tidigare erfarenhet inom personlig assistans eller vård och omsorg (meriterande men inget krav)

Kan förstå och göra dig förstådd på svenska, både i tal och skrift

Kan arbeta flexibla arbetstider – dag, kväll, natt med jour samt helg

Är social, ansvarstagande och trygg i dig själv

Övrig information Anställningsform: deltid och behovsanställning Omfattning: Varierande efter behov Tillträde: Omgående Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning och har kollektivavtal. Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Inför en eventuell anställning ska du kunna styrka att du har rätt att arbeta i Sverige, genom att uppvisa att du har medborgarskap inom EU/EES alternativt ett giltigt arbetstillstånd.
