Jurek söker nu en lönekonsult för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund i centrala Uppsala. Uppdraget har start i oktober och löper initialt till och med december 2026, med god möjlighet till förlängning. Kunden står inför en spännande utvecklingsresa med fokus på digitalisering, processutveckling och framtidens lönestöd. Här får du möjlighet att bidra med din kompetens i en modern lönefunktion med hög ambitionsnivå och stort fokus på kvalitet. Om rollen Som lönekonsult ansvarar du tillsammans med dina kollegor för att säkerställa korrekta löneutbetalningar och ge kvalificerat stöd i lönerelaterade frågor. Du arbetar brett inom löneprocessen och har en viktig roll i att stötta chefer och verksamhet i frågor som rör lön, kollektivavtal och regelverk. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat att:

Arbeta med hela löneprocessen från registrering till kvalitetssäkring

Säkerställa att lagar, kollektivavtal och regelverk efterlevs

Ge rådgivning och stöd till chefer i lönerelaterade frågor

Hantera support via telefon, e-post och digitala kanaler

Samverka med myndigheter och andra externa aktörer

Delta i utvecklings- och förbättringsarbete inom löne- och HR-processer

Medverka i projekt relaterade till verksamhetens utveckling och digitalisering

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har utbildning inom lön från YH/KY eller motsvarande. Du har god systemvana och känner dig trygg i Office 365, särskilt Excel. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av Heroma. Vidare har du mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska, både muntligt och skriftligt. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av lönearbete i större organisationer

Erfarenhet från serviceinriktade roller eller stödfunktioner

Erfarenhet av löne-, schema- eller bemanningssystem

Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor eller annan komplex verksamhet

Du har lätt för att samarbeta, tar egna initiativ och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera noggrannhet med ett professionellt bemötande.
