Rollen är placerad på huvudkontoret i Solna och du blir en del av ett härligt gäng som sitter i centrala Göteborg. Du får i denna roll verkligen gör skillnad både för verksamheten och för våra många medarbetare. Om rollen Denna roll är placerad på huvudkontoret i Solna med tillgång till bl.a. gym, pool och jacuzzi. Som Lönespecialist hos oss blir du en viktig del av vårt engagerade team, kollegorna sitter på ett av våra kontor i Göteborg. Vi arbetar tillsammans för att säkerställa att cirka 11 000 medarbetare inom Nobinas svenska bolag får rätt lön i rätt tid, en uppgift som gör verklig skillnad i vardagen. Du har ett självständigt ansvar för löneadministrationen inom ett av våra geografiska områden och arbetar nära verksamheten, både chefer och medarbetare. Rollen omfattar hela löneprocessen, från hantering av tjänstemanna- och kollektivavtalslöner till framtagning av statistik och rapporter som används som beslutsunderlag. En viktig del är också att säkerställa att alla rutiner följer gällande lagar, GDPR och skattelagstiftning. Hos oss får du arbeta i en miljö där noggrannhet, samarbete och utveckling står i fokus, och där din insats bidrar till att skapa trygghet och förtroende för tusentals kollegor runt om i landet. Om dig Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och van vid att arbeta självständigt, men som också uppskattar samarbete och laganda. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera detaljfokus med helhetsperspektiv, och du ser till att leveranserna håller hög kvalitet även i perioder med högt tempo. Som person är du trygg i din kompetens, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i dina kontakter. Du har ett intresse för att utveckla rutiner och processer och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap till kollegor. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av löneadministration eller liknande arbetsuppgifter

Erfarenhet av att hantera löner för både kollektivanställda och tjänstemän

Goda kunskaper om lagar och avtal inom personal- och löneområdet

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

God systemvana, gärna med erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och pensionshantering.

Erfarenhet av lönesystemet Aditro L samt försystemet Quinyx är meriterande.
