The posting

Vi söker lärare Fritidshem till Östra skolan F-3. Du kommer att ingå i vårt team, tillsammans med andra behöriga och energiska pedagoger. I vårt område har vi ett driv att utvecklas att arbeta tillsammans för elevernas måluppfyllelse. På skolan har vi ett nära samarbete mellan lärare i skola, förskoleklass och fritidshem. Nu har du möjlighet att få bli en av pedagogerna i detta drivande kollegium och arbeta med oss på en av fritidshemmets två avdelningar, F-1 eller 2-3.

På Östra skolan är vi ca 190 elever och 35 personal. Vi finns centralt beläget i Vaggeryd, med närhet till både sporthall, simhall och kommunbibliotek. Våra ledord för skolan är Lärande, Trygghet och Glädje. Vi söker dig som vill vara med och sprida denna undervisningskultur!

Ditt uppdrag är att stimulera elevernas utveckling och lärande under de tidiga skolåren. Du kommer tillsammans med oss att arbeta för en god verksamhet i en trivsam och professionell miljö. I kommunen har vi riktade fortbildningsinsatser för våra fritidslärare, med fokus på att utveckla vår undervisning, genom FDK, Fritidsdidaktiskt Kollegium, i samarbete med Göteborgs Universitet.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Din roll blir att tillsammans med dina kollegor, förvalta och utveckla vårt arbete på fritidshemmen. Du ska vara med och driva undervisningen utifrån våra styrdokument, med lek, rörelse och skapande. Vi har elevens hela skoldag i fokus och vi erbjuder lärande, socialt samspel och rekreation. Vi arbetar främjande och förebyggande för att nå en god måluppfyllelse och välmående hos våra elever. Du samarbetar med lärare i skola och förskoleklass och tillsammans med vårt EHT-team.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är legitimerad lärare i fritidshem. Du är en pedagog som har barnens tidiga inlärning, utveckling, nyfikenhet och värdegrund i fokus. Som person är du initiativtagande, du skapar engagemang och delaktighet och du har ett driv för utelek och rastverksamhet. Din kommunikationsförmåga är god och du har lätt för att samarbeta med elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. I enlighet med skollagen krävs utdrag ur belastningsregistret.

Löneform: Månadslön. Individuell lönesättning tillämpas Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: 2026-11-30 Tillträde efter överenskommelse Urval och intervjuer sker löpande under ansökningstiden, upphör: 2027-08-08 . Arbetstid: Dagtid.
