Välkommen till Forsviks Friskolas fritidshem Forsviks Friskola är en liten F-6 skola belägen i utkanten av Forsvik. På skolan går ca 90 elever. Vi som arbetar på skolan är ett sammansvetsat team som arbetat tillsammans länge. Vi arbetar engagerat för att alla elever ska få en trygg skolgång och för att eleverna ska utvecklas så långt som möjligt. Huvudman för Forsviks friskola, förskola och fritids är en ideell förening. Detta innebär att det inte finns några vinstintressen. Eventuella vinster går tillbaka till verksamheten och kommer barn och elever tillgodo. Forsviks Friskola är politiskt och religiöst obunden. Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer tillsammans med övrig personal på fritidshemmet att utveckla, driva och genomföra fritidshemmets uppdrag utifrån våra styrdokument och med vår vision i sikte. Som lärare har du unika möjligheter att påverka barns utveckling och lärande. I rollen ingår planering, uppföljning och dokumentation av arbetet. En viktig uppgift är att skapa inspirerande och innehållsrika dagar på fritidshemmet. Som lärare ansvarar du för fritidshemmets pedagogiska innehåll och arbetar med att främja varje barns utveckling och lärande. I ditt ansvar ligger att skapa goda relationer till barn, föräldrar och kollegor. Du kommer även under skoltid att vara ett stöd i klass/ansvara för viss undervisning och arbeta i nära sammarbete med klassläraren. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är legimiterad lärare i fritidshem/ fritidspedagog. I rollen som lärare är du empatisk, utåtriktad och har god förmåga att skapa kontakt och underhålla relationer. Vi ser att du har lätt för att anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter och snabbt kan ändra ditt förhållningssätt utifrån situation och behov. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och driver processer i arbetslaget tillsammans med dina kollegor. Vidare har du förmågan att leda och motivera andra i arbetsgruppen mot gemensamma mål och kan skapa engagemang och delaktighet.
