Gudmundråskolan är en högstadieskola med ca 340 elever, centralt belägen i Kramfors med goda kommunikationsmöjligheter. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker nu en grundskollärare till årskurs 7-9 i matematik, fysik, kemi, biologi och teknik. I uppdraget ingår mentorskap tillsammans med en mentorskollega för en klass elever. I din roll ingår du även i ett arbetslag, där vi tillsammans arbetar för att utveckla undervisningen samt planera och följa upp arbetet utifrån läroplanen samt kommunens och verksamhetens mål.

Vi avsätter tid och resurser för kollegialt lärande som sker både i ämneslag och i arbetslag. Vi arbetar för att utveckla goda strategier och metoder för att nå varje elev med ledning och stimulans inom ramen för undervisningsgruppen. Det innebär att ge eleverna individuellt stöd utifrån deras förutsättningar och behov samt att skapa motivation genom värdeskapande lärande och entreprenörskap.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är legitimerad lärare i något av ämnena matematik, fysik, kemi, biologi och teknik. Erfarenhet är meriterande.

  • Är flexibel, engagerad och har ett stort intresse för att utbilda och utveckla unga människor utifrån deras förutsättningar.
  • Har intresse för kunskap och digitaliseringsmetoder för att utveckla din undervisning.
  • Är trygg i ditt ledarskap och är en god förebild.
  • Har lätt för att samarbeta, men även kan ta egna initiativ och fatta egna beslut i din arbetssituation.

Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Tillträde snarast, upphör: 2027-06-22 .
