Magelungen Utveckling är ett medarbetarägt aktiebolag som erbjuder kvalificerat behandlings- och förändringsarbete för barn, ungdomar, unga vuxna och deras familjer. Magelungen bedriver behandling samt resursskolor på grundskole- och gymnasienivå. Målsättningen är att i verksamheterna skapa ett sammanhang som är hanterbart, meningsfullt och begripligt. I alla verksamheter är forskning och utvärdering en integrerad del. Vi söker nu en legitimerad lärare för att arbeta med skolans slöjd, främst trä- och metall slöjden. Du kommer att arbeta med flera av våra skolor som tar sina elever till slöjden från våra andra skolor i området. I ditt arbete kan det komma att innebära att du arbetar enskilt med en elev i och utanför skolan, arbetar med klasser både enskilt och i tvålärarskap. Eleverna har kommit olika långt i sin utveckling och det är ditt uppdrag att arbeta differentierat med dem. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap, erfarenhet och utbildning inom specialpedagogik. Våra elever bär alla på ett/flera skoltrauma från den gamla skolan och det är då extra viktigt att du är van vid att arbeta med elever som har svårigheter antingen inom skolsvårigheter och/eller sociala svårigheter. Då vi arbetar med elever vars utmaningar kan förändras under tid är det viktigt att du är flexibel och kan anpassa dig efter deras förutsättningar. Följande personliga egenskaper och erfarenheter ser vi gärna att du har: God kommunikatör-vi kommunicerar mycket med eleverna och deras familjer samt med utomstående aktörer vid behov. Utvecklingsbenägen och flexibel-vi är en både lärande och växande organisation. Ett varmt intresse för ungdomar "utanför mainstream". Utpräglad teammänniska – för att lyckas måste vi göra det tillsammans. Du kommer att samarbeta nära med elevhälsopersonal, behandlare, lärare och ledning. Lika delar allvar, engagemang och humor. Relationell kompetens med förmåga att lyfta eleverna både kunskapsmässigt och mot bättre självkänsla. Intresserad av att vara med och utveckla tematiskt arbete. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med Google Classroom, Google Meet, SchoolSoft
