The posting

Gotlands resursskola tar emot elever med omfattande behov av särskilt stöd. Vi har idag cirka 60 elever och ungefär 30 medarbetare. Eleverna har behov av anpassningar i den pedagogiska, sociala och fysiska lärmiljön som är så stora att de inte kan tillgodoses i den ordinarie skolmiljön. Resursskolan har mindre elevgrupper, specifik lärarkompetens och möjlighet till individuellt anpassat stöd. Vi söker nu en engagerad medarbetare som vill vara en del av utvecklingen av Gotlands resursskola på ett vikariat. Möjlighet till förlängning finns. Tal- och språk årskurs 7-9 har sin verksamhet på Solbergaskolan. Dina arbetsuppgifter Tal- och språkklasserna tar emot elever med generell språkstörning. All personal arbetar med språk och kommunikation under hela skoldagen. Ett språkutvecklande arbetssätt i alla ämnen är nödvändigt för att eleverna ska lyckas att nå så långt som möjligt i sin kunskapsutveckling. Skolan använder anpassat lärmateriel och visuellt stöd såsom bildstöd och strukturstöd. Du kommer att undervisa i årskurs 7-9 samt vara mentor. Arbetet innebär ett nära samarbete i arbetslag och med specialpedagog och logoped. Samarbete och kollegialt utbyte sker också med tal- och språk F-6 och med andra enheter inom Gotlands resursskola. Vem är du? Du som söker är behörig och har lärarlegitimation. Vi söker en lärare med behörighet i svenska och SO och med kunskap i språkutvecklande arbetssätt. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med elever med språkstörning, arbete med kompensatoriska verktyg samt utbildning inom specialpedagogik är meriterande. Du är bra på att skapa relationer med elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor. Du är van vid att anpassa och förhålla dig till olika situationer och att utarbeta lärmiljöer efter elevernas olika behov. Du är flexibel, har god samarbetsförmåga, har lätt för att skapa goda relationer och samverkar med elever, vårdnadshavare, arbetslaget, skolans elevhälsoteam samt skolledning. Du ser dokumentation och bedömning av elevernas kunskapsutveckling som en självklar del i ditt arbete. Stor vikt läggs också vid personlig lämplighet. Varför välja Region Gotland?
