Vuxenutbildningen Gotland arbetar för att utbilda och kompetensutveckla vuxna. Här möts alla olika slags människor, med olika bakgrund och mål med sina studier. Det vi brinner för är att ge alla vuxna nya möjligheter till utbildning och arbete. Flexibilitet, tillgänglighet och individanpassning är våra tre ledord. Utöver vuxenutbildningens tre skolenheter, yrkesutbildning, grund- och gymnasieutbildning inklusive anpassad utbildning och svenska för invandrare är vi också ett lärcentrum. Till det har vi en administrativ enhet som stöttar elever, studenter och personal i mer praktiska och digitala frågor. Totalt är vi cirka 90 medarbetare varav 60 är pedagoger. Dina arbetsuppgifter Vi söker en vårdlärare till vuxenutbildningen i Visby. Du kommer att undervisa i bland annat ämnen som psykiatri, funktionsnedsättning, social omsorg och geriatrik och gerontologi inom yrkesutbildningarna till vårdbiträde och undersköterska. I tjänsten ingår även att undervisa på uppdragsutbildningar. Tjänsten innebär arbetsuppgifter som planering, undervisning, bedömning, arbetsplatsbesök och dokumentation. Du kommer att ingå i ett arbetslag med flera vårdlärare och en samordnare. Undervisning även på kvällstid kan bli aktuellt. Vem är du? Du är med fördel behörig och legitimerad vårdlärare men om du ej är behörig lärare finns det möjlighet att läsa in sin lärarbehörighet i samband med tjänsten. Du har en grundutbildning som t.ex. undersköterska/sjuksköterska. Du har mångårig yrkeserfarenhet från vård- och omsorgsverksamhet. Du har god digital kompetens och det är dessutom meriterande om du sedan tidigare har erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning och validering . Vi söker dig med god yrkeskunskap, samarbetsförmåga och flexibilitet. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Varför välja Region Gotland?
