Kvalifikationer Du som söker är organiserad, strukturerad och har förmåga att planera och analysera elevernas lärande på ett effektivt sätt som leder till önskade resultat. Du har förmåga att anpassa dig efter den eleven du möter. Meriterande är om du har arbetat tidigare kring elever med NPF-problematik. Ditt medarbetarskap är djupt förknippat med din förmåga att samarbeta och delta i din och verksamhetens utveckling. Hos oss innebär det att du har ett gott samarbete med chef och kollegor, både på den egna arbetsplatsen och i övriga kommunkoncernen. Du tar ansvar för att göra dig delaktig i verksamhetsfrågor och är lösningsorienterad. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och att din syn på medarbetarskap överensstämmer med vår. Vi tillämpar registerkontroll (utdrag ur belastningsregistret) som en form av lämplighetsprövning för alla som erbjuds anställning i verksamheter där man har en direkt och regelbunden kontakt med barn och ungdomar.
