De bästa idéerna kommer oftast från dem som gör jobbet. Om rollen Du får ett tydligt ansvar för den dagliga driften. Du planerar ditt arbete själv, sätter tempot och ser vad som behöver göras. När vi växer blir du den som leder och lär upp nya kollegor. Din vardag växlar mellan: Daglig drift: styra flödet genom lagret från inleverans till utlastning Inleverans: ta emot och kontrollera gods från våra e-handelskunder Pick & pack: plocka och packa order med hög precision Lageroptimering: driva förbättringar av layout, rutiner och flöden Returhantering: säkra en snabb och smidig returprocess

Vem söker vi? Du har arbetat på lager tidigare och kan yrket. Du behöver ingen detaljstyrning, utan tar egna initiativ när något stannar upp. Du ser helheten, prioriterar rätt och håller ordning även när tempot stiger. Under kampanjer och högsäsong går det fort. Då behöver du växla upp, fördela arbetet och hålla ihop teamet. Krav: Dokumenterad erfarenhet av lagerarbete Vana att arbeta självständigt och ta eget ansvar för driften Systemvana och trygghet i digitala verktyg Svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande: Ledarerfarenhet, till exempel som arbetsledare, teamledare eller skiftansvarig Erfarenhet av Ongoing Warehouse Management System, vilket väger tungt hos oss Truckkort A eller B Erfarenhet från tredjepartslogistik eller e-handelslager
