I rollen som Ledande Montör ansvarar du för att projekten genomförs enligt plan, samtidigt som du leder och stöttar ditt team för att uppnå bästa möjliga resultat. Du kommer att arbeta med både stora och små uppdrag, där din förmåga att leda och organisera är avgörande för framgången. Vi utför en rad olika elinstallationer, såsom hyresgästanpassningar, elinstallationer i butiker och kontor samt löpande servicearbeten. Din arbetsdag kommer att vara varierad och utmanande, med både nyinstallationer och underhåll av befintliga anläggningar. Arbetsuppgifter: Planera och genomföra projekt i nära samarbete med ditt team Leda och koordinera montagearbeten för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och rätt genomförande Säkerställa att kundens förväntningar uppfylls och kanske till och med överträffas Ansvara för resursplanering och inköp i samråd med projektteamet Utföra sedvanliga elinstallationsarbeten Ha nära kontakt med kunder för att säkerställa att arbetet genomförs enligt deras önskemål och behov.

För att lyckas i rollen har du: El-utbildning ECY certifikat Minst fem års erfarenhet av elinstallationer B-körkort Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Du är en självgående och strukturerad person som trivs i en ledande roll där du ansvarar för både det dagliga arbetet och för att driva projekt framåt. Som ledare är du lösningsorienterad och bra på att ta initiativ. Du har en god förmåga att kommunicera och bygga förtroende både internt och med kunder.
