The posting

Om oss Capio vårdcentral i Enköping är belägen centralt och har nära till allmänna kommunikationer. Vi är Enköpings största vårdcentral med ca 13700 patienter som valt oss. Arbetsgruppen består av drygt 40 medarbetare i olika professioner. Vi har korta beslutsvägar och ett bra samarbete mellan de olika professionerna. Trivselfaktorn hos oss är hög och alla bidrar till en trivsam arbetsmiljö. Din roll Hos oss får du träffa patienter i tidigt skede där arbetet är primärvårdsanpassat med hög tillgänglighet. Du bedömer och behandlar sociala och psykosociala besvär, hjälper till med samhällsnavigering och bidrar med det sociala perspektivet som komplement till övriga professioners medicinska och psykologiska perspektiv. Vi tycker det är viktigt med kompetensutveckling och uppmuntrar dig att gå kurser och utbildningar. Vi erbjuder regelbunden handledning i grupp av erfarna handledare.

Meriterande är om du har utbildning inom kognitiv beteendeterapi, kompetens inom ACT/FACT och/eller evidensbaserade korttidsbehandlingar. Personlig och professionell flexibilitet är nödvändig. God talad och skriven svenska är ett krav. Arbetet präglas av ett nära samarbete med andra professioner.
