Då kan du vara den vi söker som vår nya Lifestyleansvarig! Om rollen – din vardag som Lifestyleansvarig Som Lifestyleansvarig på Synsam är du en nyckelperson i butiken med fokus på att utveckla och driva försäljningen av våra Lifestyle-abonnemang. Ditt uppdrag är att:

Följa upp och analysera KPI:er, med särskilt fokus på konvertering till Lifestyle-abonnemang och andra viktiga nyckeltal.

Coacha säljteamet i vardagen kring hur vi arbetar med abonnemang – från behovsanalys till avslut.

Agera som säljcoach: lyssna in, observera och ge konkreta tips och feedback på säljsamtal och kundmöten.

Inspirera och driva teamet framåt genom att lyfta goda exempel, skapa tävlingar och hålla korta motivationsmöten.

Uppdatera teamet om nyheter, kampanjer och förändringar inom Lifestyle-erbjudandet.

Vara en del av den strategiska utvecklingen tillsammans med butikschefen för att hitta nya sätt att öka vår abonnemangsförsäljning.

Du är butikens motor när det gäller att hålla fokus på våra abonnemang och säkerställa att alla i teamet känner sig trygga, engagerade och taggade inför varje kundmöte! Egenskaper vi söker För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är:
