✨ Om tjänsten Som undersköterska hos Linné Hemvård arbetar du hemma hos våra omsorgstagare och hjälper dem med det stöd de behöver i vardagen. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära: 💛 Personlig omvårdnad – exempelvis hygien, dusch och påklädning 🏡 Hushållssysslor – städning, tvätt, inköp och matlagning 👣 Ledsagning och social samvaro – promenader, samtal och aktiviteter 💊 Hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatser – efter delegering från sjuksköterska 📋 Dokumentation – dokumentera och rapportera utförda insatser digitalt

Placering: Växjö Omfattning: 100 % Anställningsform: 6 månaders provanställning med möjlighet till tillsvidareanställning Arbetstider: 07.00–16.00 och 13.00–21.00. Helgarbete ingår enligt schema. Start: Omgående eller enligt överenskommelse

Den slutkandidat som erbjuds anställning behöver uppvisa utdrag från belastnings- och misstankeregister. Utdraget får inte vara äldre än sex månader och ska visas i original eller digitalt verifierbart format.
